Spotlight on Let's Poké

Let's Poké burst onto the Manhattan restaurant scene in early 2018. With their first location in Midtown, they've embraced self-order technology as the key to serving busy, hustling lunch and dinner rushes.

The Concept

"Let's Poké brings all the good stuff you want.. fresh ingredients, friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. We're all about good eats and good energy. The best part... it's healthy as hell, so you won't have to feel guilty about casually indulging on some of the best poke in town."

They've got a clean, minimal aesthetic with bursts of color and natural decor elements. They successfully balance modern, efficient operations with the warmth of earth tones and a friendly staff.

The Tech

The restaurant is equipped with 2 Self-Order Kiosks, 2 POS stations, and an Order Management System. As soon as guests walk in the door, they can intuit the ordering process because the kiosks are placed front and center.

Let’s Poké founder Alex Gikher says: “During even the busiest lunch rushes, our staff has the resources to be friendly, helpful, and efficient thanks to our self-order solution. It’s great to see both our guests and our employees smiling under circumstances that would be a strain without the right technology.”

The Menu

Poké like you may not have seen it before. Let's Poké offers the usual mix of protein, fresh veggies, and tasty sauces, but in creative combinations. They offer Signature Bowls, with options ranging from the "Classic Hawaiian" to the "Bibimbap Beef Poké" and the "Sticky Bird," as well as a “build-your-own” option with plenty of room to exercise your own creativity.

The "build-your-own" bowl surfaced up a challenge: Let's Poké needed a way to offer 2 or more proteins, but did not want to mix cooked proteins like chicken with raw fish. Thanks to the way we build menu paths, our self-order kiosks were very much up to the task. Together, we designed the menu to offer the right selection of secondary proteins after guests make their first selection. These responsive menu paths eliminate confusion and speed up the order process for all.

The motto: "Don't just poke it. Eat it."
