NEXTEP SYSTEMS, a leading provider of automated ordering and dynamic menu display solutions, announced record fourth quarter sales, profitable 2009 operations, and a four year compound annual growth rate in excess of 100%.

NEXTEP SYSTEMS reinforced its position as the leading provider of self-order kiosks to casinos in 2009 with projects launched with Harrah’s Casino and Hotel (Las Vegas), Grand Victoria Casino and Resort (Indiana), Hollywood Casino (Mississippi), and Lake of the Torches Resort and Casino (Wisconsin).
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Biloxi, Mississippi selected self-service hotel check-in kiosks by NEXTEP SYSTEMS, a logical area of growth for the company.
NEXTEP SYSTEMS saw increasing demand for Dynamic Digital Menu Displays™ (DDMD) in airports, restaurants, grocery stores, and other food service venues. “Our Dynamic Digital Menu Displays are digital menu boards on steroids,” said Woycik, “They provide operators the ability to customize content instantaneously and to engage the customers’ attention, elevating sales and profits.”

NEXTEP SYSTEMS continued successful relationships with Delaware North Travel Hospitality Services, Concessions International and HMS Host Corporation, installing self-order kiosks and DDMD in airports across the country.
NEXTEP SYSTEMS captured new business with notable grocery, deli and convenience store clients, including Schnucks Markets, Nittany Minit Mart, Ray’s Apple Markets and Best Yet Market.
Food ParcFood Parc, the 20,000 sq. ft. restaurant area in the 44-story Eventi Hotel designed by Perkins-Eastman under construction in New York City, will utilize the latest NEXTEP products.
Select Subway restaurants are installing touch-screen drive through kiosks developed by NEXTEP SYSTEMS and MRI. The new product reduces drive-through times while increasing transaction totals substantially.
