The Gift of Giving Back

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! (6).png

A Note from NEXTEP President Tommy Woycik

As a NEXTEP team, we are pleased to say that we have had a tremendous amount of growth in revenue and profitability this year. We are thrilled to be in the position where we can take some of our earnings and put them towards helping others in need. We do this by donating to local charities that do a fantastic job providing for those who are struggling with illness, poverty, and hunger. We are a team that believes in doing what we can to spread a smile on others’ faces during the holidays. Have the Merriest Christmas and a Happy New Year!

- Tommy

We'd like to share with you the charities we are very proud to support. We are forever grateful for the ways these organizations support our community, and we look forward to the good work they will do in 2018!

Gleaners Community Food Bank

Feeding hungry people and nourishing our communities for nearly 40 years. Gleaners operates five distribution centers in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston and Monroe counties and provides food to 535 soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters, and other agencies throughout Southeastern Michigan.

The Rainbow Connection

Making dreams come true for Michigan children with life threatening illnesses. Granting a wish to a sick child brings hope and laughter into the lives of the entire family. We take extra steps to support the family during this time of crisis.

Special Operations Warrior Force

Ensures full financial assistance for a post-secondary degree from an accredited two or four-year college, university, technical or trade school, as well as family and educational counseling, to the surviving children of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps special operations service members who lose their lives in the line of duty.

Pet Adoption Alternative of Warren (PAAW)

We seek not only to help animals who have been lost or turned into our local shelters, but also to assist families in search of new homes for their pets due to lifestyle, living arrangement or other similar changes.

Greater West Bloomfield Community Coalition

Building community partnerships to reduce high risk behaviors including alcohol, tobacco and other drug use to help ensure that our youth grow to their greatest potential.

Community Homes

Assists people with housing needs and personal living services to enable them to be as independent as possible.

City Year

We’re working to bridge the gap in high-poverty communities between the support that students actually need, and what their schools are designed and resourced to provide. In doing so, we’re helping to increase graduation rates across the country, and changing the lives of the students we serve.

Children's Miracle Network

Raising funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year to kids across the U.S. and Canada. Children's Miracle Network funds critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment, and charitable care.

Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA)

We wake up every morning to create more hope and answers for families living with muscular dystrophy and related diseases that take away physical strength and mobility. We do this by finding research breakthroughs across diseases, caring for kids and adults from day one and empowering families with services and support in hometowns across America.

Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

Saving lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
