NEXTEP to Automate Rivers Casino Buffet

Rivers Casino, scheduled to open August 2009, will be utilizing NEXTEP SYSTEMS’ Casino Express kiosk solution for their buffet dining theme. NEXTEP will also deploy their optional seating reservation module, which enables guests to reserve a time slot for their party, and instead of waiting in line, keep the guests on the casino floor.

“More and more casinos are seeing the results from using our Casino Express solution,” said Jeff Breazeale, sales director for NEXTEP. “Because buffets are typically very high in volume, kiosks resolve long lines and wait times. Casino owners see an immediate payback on their kiosk investment through increased revenue and reduced labor costs.”

NEXTEP’s deliverables for Rivers Casino and others go well beyond the hardware and software. As experts in the self service industry, NEXTEP handles the creative development, installation, training, and ongoing support for every customer, offering the most complete, turnkey solution in the industry.

Additionally, the NEXTEP kiosks will seamlessly integrate to the MICROS 9700 POS System, providing consolidated control and reporting.

Contact NEXTEP SYSTEMS to learn more about how our self service technology can increase revenue, eliminate lines, and enhance the customer experience.
