NEXTEP SYSTEMS Debuts Self Check-In/Out Solution
 
NEXTEP’s Self Check-In/Out solution for hospitality management systems offers a seamless experience for guests and improved efficiency, customer service for management

NEXTEP SYSTEMS announces its entry into the hotel hospitality industry with the release of its Self Check-In/Out solution. The system will be featured in booth 2944 at the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show Nov. 8-10 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, and in booth #N417 (F&B) at the Global Gaming Expo Nov. 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

NEXTEP's Check-In/Out Solution Offers A Best In Class


Designed to simplify the hotel stay experience and guest travel, NEXTEP’s Self Check-In/Out offers several innovative features to reduce total guest time spent at the front desk, including a touch-screen kiosk that invites guests to:

•    Check in/out within 30 seconds or less
•    Encode their room keys
•    Upgrade and change rooms
•    View, print and/or e-mail bills and receipts
•    Check in and print boarding passes for flights
•    Change credit cards
•    Scan passports and licenses

NEXTEP’S Self Check-In/Out also allows hospitality management to dedicate additional time to customer service by making guest interaction a more efficient and streamlined process. The solution can be seamlessly integrated within existing property management systems; features remote system management using NEXTEP’s enterprise-class mynextep.net tool; offers standard and custom hardware options; allows for electronic signature capturing; and accommodates a complete branded experience that can feature personalized messaging, including specials, package deals, excursions and more.
