Cherokee Casino Implements EDR Kiosks

Cherokee Casino and Resort in Tulsa, OK is the latest casino to select NEXTEP’s Employee Dining Room (EDR) self order touch-screen kiosks.

NEXTEP's EDR solution provides employees with the ability to order and pay for meals using payroll deduction, cash, or credit and debit cards. The kiosks also allow employees to delay order delivery for future requests – when an employee is on break or ends their work shift.

"Installing EDR self service kiosks in casino properties are a definite need-to-have," said Jeff Breazeale, sales director at NEXTEP. "Casino owners can streamline operations, provide convenience for employees, and focus more of the staff on the casino guest experience."

The NEXTEP Casino Express™ user interfaces are intuitive, easy-to-use and will reinforce the Cherokee Resort brand. Additionally, the NEXTEP kiosks are tightly integrated to both casino’s MICROS POS Systems, providing consolidated control and reporting.
