Booming Louisiana Casino Restaurant Continues Gaming Industry’s Trend Toward NEXTEP SYSTEMS Technology

Boomtown Bossier City partners with NEXTEP SYSTEMS to boost revenue and maximize customer service

NEXTEP SYSTEMS today announced the launch of its Casino Express™ system at Boomer’s Café in the Boomtown Casino Hotel in Bossier City, La.

Boomtown Casino Bossier implements Casino Express™ kiosks

NEXTEP develops self-service solutions for foodservice providers in a number of industries, including casinos, deli operations, airports, restaurants, stadiums and arenas.

Patrons at Boomer’s now have access to countertop kiosks for ordering and paying with credit cards, debit cards, or mychoice player comps.

“This implementation at Bossier City reflects a growing demand for NEXTEP SYSTEMS technology from casino foodservice providers all across America,” said NEXTEP SYSTEMS President and Co-founder Tommy Woycik. “Like Boomer’s, many casino restaurants must manage high volumes in peak periods, finding ways to shorten lines while maintaining the proper amount of labor. Our Casino Express solution enables them to achieve that goal.”

Boomer’s is the latest casino restaurant to select NEXTEP SYSTEMS, which allows customers to quickly and easily order meals directly from an electronic touch screen and pay with credit card convenience. The system is designed to heighten customer service while cutting costs for food-service operators and enabling them to manage increased customer volumes.

“As we sought to adopt technology that would increase our efficiency, the expertise of NEXTEP SYSTEMS and the extent of its work with casino environments convinced us they were the right supplier for us,” said Dan Condon, director of information technology for Boomtown Casino. “We believe NEXTEP will have a tremendous positive impact on both our revenue and customer satisfaction. With the system now in place, we expect our average order size to increase, customer wait times to decrease, and that we will be able to provide better overall service to our guests during peak periods.”

In addition to the Boomtown Casino Hotel, NEXTEP has installed self-service solutions at a number of casinos for their customer buffets or employee dining rooms (EDRs), including IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Miss.; Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh; MotorCity Casino Hotel in Detroit; Little River Casino Resort in Manistee, Mich.; Casino Queen in East St. Louis, Ill.; and Cherokee Casino Resort in Tulsa, Okla., among others.
