Baesler’s Market Continues the Deli and Grocery Industry’s Trend
Toward NEXTEP SYSTEMS Technology
Grocery deli partners with NEXTEP SYSTEMS to boost revenue and customer service

NEXTEP SYSTEMS, a leading developer of intuitive touch-screen ordering, digital menu board and online ordering solutions for the foodservice industry – today announced the launch of its customer self-order kiosks in the deli section of Baesler’s Market in Terre Haute, Ind.
“These implementations for Baesler’s Market delis reflect a growing demand for NEXTEP SYSTEMS technology from grocery operations all across America,” said NEXTEP SYSTEMS President and Co-founder Tommy Woycik. “NEXTEP solutions are enabling grocers to improve productivity, eliminate potential customer walk-aways, and increase revenue and up-sell opportunities within the deli environment.”
Baesler’s is now using the Deli 1-2-3™ system from NEXTEP, which incorporates two freestanding kiosks, an Order Status Monitor and an Order Display System.
“The size of average orders in our deli has increased, and our customer service in the deli is also growing and improving thanks to our NEXTEP ordering system,” said Bob Baesler, owner and president of Baesler’s Market. “Our deli customers like using the self-order kiosks, and the system allows them to get their shopping done much quicker – which is a real plus.”
The Baesler’s kiosk implementation represents the latest deli-style outlet to select NEXTEP SYSTEMS, which permits customers to order their deli selections directly from an electronic touch screen. The system is designed to enhance customer service while cutting operational costs and enabling grocers to manage increased customer volumes.
In addition to this newly announced deli installation, NEXTEP has implemented self-service solutions at Nino Salvaggio’s, Randazzo Fresh Markets and Vince & Joe’s in metro Detroit, among many others.
